Temporary Administrator (Merchandising Support)

Location: Leeds
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Hours: Full Time
Sector: Consumer Brands & Retail

Are you an organised administrator with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in retail and merchandising? We're recruiting on behalf of a successful consumer brands business in Leeds who are looking for a Temporary Administrator to support their busy Merchandising team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, reporting and analysis, whilst playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and merchandising data
Producing regular reports and analysing information to support business decisions
Creating and manipulating Pivot Tables and carrying out data analysis
Supporting the Merchandising team with administrative tasks and reporting requirements
Assisting with stock, sales and product information management
Ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and reports
Liaising with internal teams to gather and update information
Supporting ongoing merchandising projects and initiatives

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative or merchandising support role
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with large volumes of data
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
A genuine interest in retail, consumer brands or merchandising
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
