Administrator - Part-Time, Permanent

Location: Sheffield with free onsite parking
Hourly rate: £12.71ph-£13ph
Hours: 3 days per week 10am-2pm (hours / days could be discussed for the right person)

We're working with a well-established business in Sheffield that is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role providing essential administrative and secretarial support to the Office Manager & Directors.

The Role

As an Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
Typing and formatting documents and reports
Monitoring office supplies and ordering stationery
Filing and archiving important documents
Managing invoicing processes
Booking travel and accommodation for directors
Providing general administrative support across the business

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in administration
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
A proactive approach and attention to detail
