Temp Life Science | Business Support Coordinator

Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical organisation who enhance and improve the health of millions of people every day and are looking for help with a project.

This exciting Customer Service position would be an ideal step for a Life Science graduate who is looking to make a transition into an office-based role. The successful candidate will have a relevant Life Science background and interest in the pharmaceutical industry.

Hybrid working (8 days per month in Office) | Office based in Canary Wharf | £14.20ph | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | 6 months temporary

Duties of the role:

Providing administrative support to the teams by managing and monitoring the dedicated mailboxes
Filtering, prioritising, re-routing work coming in, take decisions and action independently where appropriate and discuss and agree what action is required
Ensuring accurate records and audit trails for all data management including internal/external communications and making use of the various Tracking Systems available, procedures spreadsheets, secure information channels and databases to the highest possible standard and within GDPR rules
Ensuring rapid and efficient distribution of timetables, assessment reports and comments, and annotating the tracking systems as appropriate
Manage incoming meeting requests for meetings, including retrieval of papers, circulation of incoming information
Processing invoices and raising purchase orders as directed
