Sales & New Business Development Executive

We're looking for an ambitious Sales & New Business Development Executive to join a highly successful organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and playing a key role in driving revenue growth.

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing long-term business relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities across a range of sectors
Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conducting outbound sales activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline
Booking appointments and introducing opportunities to senior sales colleagues where required
Managing and developing your own pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Following up on marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM system
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

What We're Looking For:

A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships and speaking with new people
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop a successful career in sales and business development
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong work ethic
Resilient and determined, with the ability to stay focused when working towards targets
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role would be beneficial but is not essential
