Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary and email management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
Ensure timely follow-ups on action points and deadlines.
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £54,000 to £66,000, dependent on the level of experience.
