EHP Administrator - Temporary Start ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a dedicated Special Educational Needs team within a specialist education setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process and SEND legislation, who is passionate about supporting children and adults with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate EHCPs from assessment through to annual review.
Work closely with parents, carers, teachers, therapists, and local authority professionals.
Ensure all statutory deadlines and SEND regulations are met.
Coordinate annual reviews and maintain accurate pupil records.
Support placement consultations and contribute to positive outcomes for pupils.
Act as a key point of contact for EHCP-related queries and case management.

About You:

Previous experience working within SEND, EHCP, education, or local authority services.
Strong knowledge of the EHCP process and SEND Code of Practice.
Excellent organisational and case management skills.
Confident communicator with experience liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
Experience within a school, academy trust, local authority, or children's services environment would be highly advantageous.
