Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional business based in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing general administrative support to the office team.
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
Responding to emails and handling customer enquiries professionally.
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Processing paperwork and updating internal systems.
Filing, scanning and managing documentation.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries where required.
Supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring records are kept up to date.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous administration experience is essential.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to prioritise workload and work independently.
Professional and friendly telephone manner.

What's on Offer:

£13 to £14 per hour, depending on experience.
