Primary Early Career Teacher

Sept 2026 - Sandwell schools around West Bromwich

KS1/2 experience

Day to day/part time/full time opportunities available

£145 - £240 per day - immediate starts

Are you a primary teacher in Sandwell who specialises in KS1/ KS2 looking for a fresh start where your quality teaching is recognised and rewarded?

Monarch Education are working with numerous primary schools in the Sandwell who are looking for an exceptional primary teacher to join them on a day to day, weekly or long term basis.

Your Requirements:

ECT/NQT or QTS teacher with recent experience of the Key Stage Two curriculum.
Be passionate about raising attainment.
Experience in delivering literacy and numeracy sessions.
Hold a current enhanced DBS (or be happy to apply for one through Monarch Education).
Be a warm and caring individual focused on raising achievement levels.
Have recent teaching experience in the U.K.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation.
Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
