Nursery Practitioner Level 2 / Level 3

Locations: Greater London, Kent and Surrey.

Contract: Temporary, Term-time, Full-time, Part-time, Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

If so we can help, we are currently recruiting for temporary and permanent Early Years Practitioners for flexible work across nurseries in Greater London, Kent and Surrey. supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of nurseries settings, and competitive pay.

About the Role:

Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards

What we need from you

Level 2 /3 childcare qualification (essential)
Unqualified 1 years nursery experience
Solid understanding of EYFS and how to apply it in practice
Someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A practitioner who gets down to child level, joins in the play, and builds real connections
An up-to-date DBS check
Have a flexible approach to working hours and where required.
Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
