Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer

£20,000 – £30,000 + Bonus | Permanent | Shifnal, TF11

Are you a people person with a great personality?

We’re looking for a bubbly, charismatic and personable Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer to join our small, professional recruitment team in Shifnal.

This is a varied and interesting role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, staying organised and getting things done.

You’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operation, supporting both candidates and the recruitment team. No two days are quite the same, so we’re looking for someone who is positive, helpful, supportive and confident enough to take ownership of their work.

What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment advertising – creating, placing, monitoring and managing external job adverts
Candidate resourcing and registration, supporting the recruitment team throughout the process
Maintaining and enhancing our recruitment database and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Speaking with candidates and clients by telephone and email
Answering and directing incoming calls
Providing general administrative and organisational support
Taking on new challenges and responsibilities as required

Experience within a sales, recruitment, customer service or fast-paced office environment would be advantageous, but personality, attitude and communication skills are equally important.

Skills

You should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, along with excellent keyboard skills and a strong eye for detail.

We are a well-established, specialist technical recruitment business with a strong reputation within the engineering, automation and manufacturing sectors.

We’re a small, friendly team, so this is a role where your personality and contribution will genuinely make a difference. You’ll be working closely with the recruitment team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Our office is based in Shifnal, TF11, with excellent motorway and rail connections from Telford, Newport, Wolverhampton, Stafford and surrounding areas. Free car parking is available.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
