Our client is a growing domiciliary care provider based in Ealing and is looking for enthusiastic Trainee Care Workers to join their friendly and supportive team.

Whether you're a student, recent school or college leaver, changing careers, or simply looking for a meaningful role, full training will be provided. No previous care experience is necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career within the care sector.

What You'll Be Doing

After completing your training, you'll visit clients in their own homes and help them remain independent by providing support with:

Personal care (washing, dressing and grooming)
Preparing meals and drinks
Medication prompting or administration (following training)
Companionship and emotional support
Light household duties
Encouraging independence and wellbeing
