Warehouse Operations & Production Manager | Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics | £40,000 + Bonus | Irvine

The Opportunity

We're recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager to lead warehouse, distribution and production operations in Irvine. This role would suit a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Logistics Manager or Supply Chain Manager with experience driving operational performance, production output, stock accuracy and team development.

You'll be joining a growing organisation supplying specialist mobility and healthcare products to care homes, hospitals and healthcare providers across the UK. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Manage goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing and despatch.
Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Deliver operational KPIs and high service levels.
Ensure a safe, organised working environment.

Production Management

Oversee daily production and assembly activities.
Manage production plans, workflows and labour allocation.
Drive quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Operations

Lead, coach and develop warehouse and production teams.
Monitor KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and best practice.

Salary: £40,000

About You

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics environment.
Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control and production activities.
Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly or production processes.
Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Good working knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
