Required - Site Administrator

Overview

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a busy construction project. This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator who is comfortable working in a busy construction site environment.

Key Responsibilities

General administration duties on site
Updating spreadsheets, records and site documentation
Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Answering emails and phone calls
Assisting the managers and wider site team
Managing timesheets and site paperwork
Ordering stationery and general site supplies
Liaising with contractors, visitors and office staff

Requirements

Previous administration experience preferred
Construction/site administration experience is an advantage
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and able to work independently

Hours

Monday - Thursday (8am-5pm), Friday (8am-12pm) - half day on site

All admin tasks on site will be carried out - Printing, scanning, filing, uploading, timesheets etc etc.
Based on site(however might be a combination of going to their Wakefield office for systems training or them coming to site)
Will be required for 2 years.
