This Sales Support role in the property industry is all about keeping things running smoothly for customers and the team. Based in Birmingham, you'll manage day-to-day tasks that make a real difference in delivering excellent service.

A specialist property finance broker operating within a niche and highly respected area of the lending market. Established over 10 years ago, the business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering funding solutions for property developers across the UK.

Description

Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest solutions.
Help organise meetings, schedules, and communications for the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Sales Support should have:

Good organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
An interest in the property industry is beneficial but not essential.

Job Offer

Salary £30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Hybrid working with approximately 2-3 office days per week.
