Key Responsibilities:

As a PA/Office Administrator, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and responding promptly and professionally
Organising office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring that documents are easily accessible
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the organisation's professional image
Assisting in various HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Supporting project teams with administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects run smoothly

Our client is looking for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role, preferably within the Building & Construction sector
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required
