Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: Swindon (Onsite)
Salary: £12.98 - £16.83 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role

As a Service Delivery Coordinator professional, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients while supporting the management, measurement, and optimisation of services. You will work closely with operational teams, managers, and customers to ensure high service standards are achieved and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery and continuous improvement of service management processes.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve escalated incidents and customer complaints, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Attend customer meetings and project sessions to support service delivery requirements.
Conduct site tours and prepare presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
Work with operational, finance, and account management teams to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement process enhancements.
Coordinate testing activities and support service transition projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
Escalate IT and application support issues that may impact service level agreements.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and customer specifications are followed at all times.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, databases, email systems, and web-based platforms.
Experience working within a service management, operations, customer service, or document processing environment.
A proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving.
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
An understanding of operational processes, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement principles.
