A Public Sector organisation based in Manchester.

Description

Manage the Director Planning & Development diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Organise and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.
Provide support for meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Profile

A successful Temporary PA should have:

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong stakeholder engagement
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to commute to Manchester, 4 days a week.

Job Offer

Immediate start opportunity.
Hourly rate of Band 6.
Temporary contract until March 2027.
Opportunity to work within the Public Sector in Manchester.
