Are you an ambitious and highly motivated manager?

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Manager to take ownership of an established domiciliary care service in Scunthorpe.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to stabilise, strengthen and develop the service whilst providing strong leadership and accountability to the team.

The Role:

Take full ownership and accountability for the service
Provide visible and hands-on leadership to the branch team
Ensure safeguarding and compliance are managed effectively
Support and develop the existing team through a period of change
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff and external stakeholders
Ensure the service consistently delivers safe, high-quality care
Identify opportunities to improve the service and drive it forward
Effectively manage a large and complex domiciliary care operation

About You:

Experience managing a domiciliary service
Accountable and willing to take ownership
Highly motivated and driven
Visible and hands-on in your management approach
Confident dealing with safeguarding, compliance and operational challenges
Commercially aware with the ability to identify and implement improvements

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys taking ownership, leading from the front and turning around and developing services.
