Looking for your next opportunity in Automotive Sales Administration?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator / Vehicle Sales Administrator / Dealership Administrator to join a busy and professional automotive dealership.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Department, ensuring vehicle orders, customer documentation and administration are completed accurately and efficiently from point of order through to vehicle handover.

THE ROLE
As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and ensuring the smooth running of the vehicle sales administration process.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Processing new and used vehicle orders
·Preparing and maintaining vehicle sales documentation
·Managing customer and vehicle records accurately
·Liaising with the Sales Team, customers and internal departments
·Ordering and registering vehicles
·Preparing invoices and associated paperwork
·Ensuring finance and vehicle documentation is completed accurately
·Monitoring vehicle orders and keeping relevant parties updated
·Supporting the vehicle handover process
·Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative processes are completed on time
·Providing general administrative support to the Sales Department

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:
·Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Vehicle Sales Administrator or Dealership Administrator
·Automotive or dealership experience would be highly beneficial
·Excellent administration and organisational skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Confidence working with computer systems and databases
·The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·A professional and proactive approach
·The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
