HR Support - Temporary Assignment

Location: Wallington
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks, with the possibility of being shorter or extended
Hours: Approximately 22.5 hours per week, over 3 days
Office: Minimum 2 days per week in the office
Start: Flexible
Salary: Circa £25p/h

About the Role

Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced HR Support professional to provide temporary support to our clients' team. The role will focus primarily on employee relations and general HR support, providing practical assistance with day-to-day HR matters and helping to ensure processes, policies and documentation are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Providing HR support and guidance on employee relations matters.
Advising managers and colleagues on HR policies and procedures.
Supporting and advising on meetings, investigations and formal hearings.
Preparing HR reports and relevant documentation.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS.
Assisting with the development, review and drafting of HR policies.
Providing general HR administration and office-level support.
Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in an HR support, HR advisor or employee relations role.
Good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Experience supporting employee relations processes, meetings and hearings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience using HRIS systems and producing HR reports.
The ability to work independently and confidently advise colleagues on day-to-day HR matters.
A practical, professional and approachable manner.

Working Arrangements

This is a flexible temporary assignment of approximately 3 days / 22.5 hours per week. There is some flexibility around the working pattern, although the successful candidate will need to be available to work at least 2 days per week from the Wallington office. The assignment is expected to last around 4 weeks, although this may be shorter or extended depending on business requirements.
