Description

Communicate with customers to understand and address their needs and concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
Keep customers informed about progress and outcomes of their queries or requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Support the delivery of services by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
Provide feedback to the organisation based on customer interactions.

Profile

A successful Customer Liaison Officer should have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
