An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Sales, Operations & Administration Coordinator to join a growing business based in Watford.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing customer service, sales administration, logistics coordination and day to day operational activities. You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth flow of information, orders and deliveries across the business.

Your new role

Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the internal sales administration team.
Allocate workloads and ensure priorities and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate deliveries, collections and logistics activities.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, couriers and transport providers.
Monitor shipments and proactively manage any delivery issues.
Ensure sales enquiries are handled efficiently and responded to promptly.
Oversee the flow of communication between customer service, sales and operations teams.
Track and follow up quotations and customer opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions before they impact customers or business operations.
Keep management informed of key deadlines, business risks and operational concerns.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within a senior administration, operations or sales support position.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Strong logistics, delivery coordination or supply chain experience.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
A proactive and solution focused mindset.
The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
