Our client, a well-respected family-owned care provider, is looking to recruit a Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated night team at their beautiful residential care home near Essington.

Whether you're an experienced Care Assistant or looking to build a long-term career in care, we'd love to hear from you. If you have the right attitude, a genuine passion for supporting others, and a desire to make a difference every day, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents throughout the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and supported. You'll build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and help create a warm and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
