We're looking for compassionate, dedicated Carers & support workers to join our growing team, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in the place they love most – their own home.

This is an incredibly rewarding role where as a carer, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide reassurance to clients and their families, and make a genuine difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes and within the community.

We are looking for both Day and Night staff across cornwall.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing compassionate personal care while promoting dignity, choice and independence
Supporting individuals with daily living activities and encouraging independence
Assisting with medication administration (where trained and competent)
Supporting individuals with mobility, transfers and rehabilitation programmes
Delivering delegated clinical interventions (where trained), including PEG feeding, catheter care, stoma care, tracheostomy care and ventilation support
Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration
Accompanying individuals to appointments, education, work or community activities
Supporting positive behaviour and person-centred care plans
Accurately recording care delivered using digital care systems
Working closely with families, Case Managers, Community Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team
Recognising changes in an individual's condition and escalating concerns appropriately.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, reliable and professional Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's livesand being apart of something special from the start.

You'll ideally have:

Experience working in health and social care (community, residential, nursing or complex care)
A caring, compassionate and person-centred approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
A flexible approach to working a variety of day, night and weekend shifts
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to community-based work)
The right to work in the UK
