Customer Service Advisor | Customer Service Representative | Customer Support Advisor

Crewe | £27,584-£28,784 per annum | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm | Work from Home Fridays | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a rapidly growing business in Crewe.

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Key Duties

Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide a consistently high standard of service.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance targets.
Use internal IT systems to manage customer information and enquiries.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging situations.
Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software quickly.
Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive, proactive and professional approach.
