A leading wealth management firm requires an administrator to join their training and development team to provide focused, short-term administrative support.

The role:

Monitor and manage the Training & Development shared inbox, filing emails appropriately
Chase individuals for missing certificates and maintain records of requests and responses
Upload qualification certificates and supporting documents to the internal system Comply, ensuring records are accurate and correctly filed
Prepare CPD import spreadsheets for review
Upload Leadership Development and Academy programmes and participant records
Assist with Cross Border guidance documents, monitoring returns and issuing attestations

The ideal candidate:

Previous administrative experience with high-volume data entry, document management or system maintenance essential
Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to checking and maintaining records
Confident communicating across all levels of business
Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and accurately track progress
Experience using Comply is desirable but not essential
