Temporary Ongoing Administrator - Ryton

Our valued client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to support their team in Ryton on an ongoing basis.

Role: Temporary Administrator
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing contract
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly through OA
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Ryton
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, full-time

Your Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing essential administrative support to the team
Typing and inputting information with precision and speed
Performing data entry tasks to keep records up to date
Answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assisting with various office tasks as needed

Prior experience in a similar administrative environment is a must
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
A good understanding of safeguarding and compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
