HR Advisor

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be representing a large, successful, and growing organisation that is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its expanding HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a varied workload, and is confident handling multiple employee relations cases simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both employees and managers while contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, capability issues, and absence management.
Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Supporting the HR Manager with various HR projects and business initiatives.
Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Monitoring employee training compliance and ensuring mandatory training records remain up to date.
Building strong relationships with managers and supporting them with people-related matters.
Liaising with Trade Unions and attending meetings when required.
Assisting with HR audits and compliance activities.
Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing, onboarding, and inductions.
Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records.
Assisting with workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing programmes.
Contributing to continuous improvement projects within the HR function.
Assisting with day-to-day HR administration when required.
Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and company policies.

About You

Previous experience working within a HR Advisor or similar HR position.
Strong Employee Relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident supporting managers at all levels of the business.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
