Job Title: Admin / Dispatch Assistant
Location: Braintree
Remuneration: National Minimum Wage
Contract Details: Full Time - 38 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm; Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break per day)

Responsibilities:
Join our team as an Admin / Dispatch Assistant where you will play a vital role in our operations! Your tasks will include:

Raising Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
Handling daily dispatch activities with precision
Answering incoming telephone calls and resolving queries professionally
Responding to customer and internal queries via email
Carrying out general office administration duties as required
Supporting Health & Safety administration tasks
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Skills & Experience Required:
We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented candidate! You should possess:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
A solid standard of English and Maths
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
An organised and reliable approach to work
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
