Morgan Sindall Property Services is looking for a proactive Administrator to join our Basildon team, helping to support the delivery of essential property services that make a real difference to local communities.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams by coordinating activities, managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, balancing competing priorities, and providing excellent support to both internal and external customers.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, excellent organisational skills and a customer-first approach. You'll be confident managing schedules, coordinating workloads and keeping accurate records in a busy operational environment.

Strong planning / scheduling skills are essential, along with experience providing excellent customer service and using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. You'll be comfortable communicating with a wide range of customers, colleagues and stakeholders and able to prioritise competing demands whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
