Handyman / Labourer Needed!
Location: CV10 postcode & Surrounding areas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
We're looking for a Handyman / Labourer to work on void properties.
Duties include:
- Property clearances
- Removing furniture and belongings
- Property cleaning and valets
- Carpet cleaning
- General labouring and handyman duties
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience in a similar labouring, handyman, voids, cleaning, or property maintenance role
- Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A company vehicle is provided during working hours; however, candidates must be able to travel to and from the office each day.
This role will start on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
