The Role
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist with lessons, interventions and classroom activities.
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals.
