We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician - Plumber to provide maintenance, repair and general building support across our site. You will help minimise downtime, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure company facilities remain in excellent condition.

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician - Plumber to provide maintenance, repair and general building support across our site. You will help minimise downtime, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure company facilities remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across buildings and utilities.
- Undertake general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical work, decorating and grounds maintenance.
- Complete maintenance records, inspections and compliance documentation accurately.
- Conduct routine health & safety checks and address any issues identified.
- Coordinate and support external contractors on site.
- Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs to buildings and utilities.
- Report breakdowns, maintenance issues and repair requirements promptly.
- Maintain technical records and ensure maintenance procedures are followed.
- Support continuous improvement projects and undertake other reasonable duties as required.
- General plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Assist in the construction and refurbishment of new and existing properties
- Travel to various sites as required
- Experience working in a facilities team.
- Appropriate qualification in either:-Commercial Plumbing NVQ level 3 or Equivalent & Gas Safe qualification
- Qualified and certified for G3 unvented hot water system
- Able to maintain and build effective internal and external relationships
- Drainage Qualification desirable
- Air Condition installation and decommissioning desirable
- Mobile Boom certificate (IPAF)
- Mobile Access Towers (PASMA)
- Proven experience in general plumbing and facilities maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work at different locations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
