A welcoming and established nursery in Basingstoke is looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children and supporting their development throughout the early years.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observe and monitor individual progress.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A warm, caring and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for early years education.
