What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the month-end process and delivering accurate, insightful management accounts
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Producing board reports, KPIs and commercial performance analysis
- Managing product costing and manufacturing finance reporting
- Analysing margins, profitability and operational efficiencies
- Overseeing inventory controls, stock management and working capital performance
- Supporting capital investment projects and engineering expenditure reviews
- Developing business cases and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions
- Driving continuous improvement across financial controls and processes
- Building strong relationships across the business to influence performance and decision-making
You'll ideally bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, production, recycling or another operationally focused environment
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting expertise
- Knowledge of product costing, stock control and inventory management
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset and a genuine desire to make an impact
