Site Manager

Site Manager - Bristol

Location: Bristol
Duration: Approx. 16 weeks - up until Christmas
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £250 per day

We are currently looking for 2 experienced Site Managers to join social housing projects in Bristol.

Role 1:

  • Re-roofing works across a mini industrial estate

  • Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

  • Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard

Role 2:

  • Balcony re-roofing works across a social housing scheme

  • Managing subcontractors and overseeing site activities

  • Ensuring health & safety and programme requirements are met

Requirements:

  • SMSTS

  • CSCS

  • First Aid

  • Previous Site Management experience

  • Social housing / roofing experience desirable

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Immediate starts available - approx. 16 weeks, running through to Christmas.
