We're supporting a highly respected creative production and manufacturing business as they continue to invest in their operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or Logistics Manager to join an established business delivering complex, long-term projects for some of the UK's best-known retail brands.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the entire fulfilment operation, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time while leading a dedicated warehouse and fulfilment team.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the end-to-end fulfilment process from order receipt through to delivery.
Leading warehouse, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
Managing inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse systems.
Driving SLA performance across multiple complex customer contracts.
Leading, motivating and developing warehouse and fulfilment staff.
Working closely with Production, Manufacturing and Customer Services teams.
Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and operational compliance.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience managing a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operation.
Experience supporting retail customers or working with complex customer contracts.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing operational teams.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of large format print highly advantageous.
