Location: Bolton | Salary : £27,000- £31,000 | Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm | Full-Time

Looking for a career rather than just a job? We're looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our growing Freight Forwarding & Customs team in our modern Bolton office. No previous experience is required – if you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training you need!

This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career within the logistics industry while working towards a recognised qualification, fully funded by us.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Freight Forwarding & Customs team with daily administration.
Preparing and processing customs documentation.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport partners.
Ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
Keeping records and systems updated.
Providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good attention to detail.
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
No previous Freight Forwarding or Customs experience required – full training provided!
