Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office Assistant and Administrator - The Role:

You will provide essential administrative support to our Head Office in Rainham, handling a variety of general office tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day work will involve managing communications, processing data, and ensuring our office runs smoothly. You will receive full training on our in-house computer systems to help you succeed in the role.

Office Assistant and Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out basic administrative duties including managing emails, post, scanning and filing documents

- Answer the main switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments

- Perform numeric data entry

- Complete other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Office Assistant and Administrator - You:

- Reliable with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Detail-oriented, highly organised and able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and multitask effectively

- Confident and polite on the telephone with excellent English language skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels

- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
