This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Our client is looking for a confident individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

The Role

As a Booking Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working within a small office team, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, managing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally.
Managing and processing bookings accurately and efficiently.
Updating and maintaining records using company systems and spreadsheets.
Providing general administrative support to the office team.
Liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
Managing workload effectively within a busy office environment.
Assisting with scheduling and other administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

Previous administration, office support, or customer service experience.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Xero or similar business/accounting software would be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
A positive, professional, and proactive approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to the location of the role.
