Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Stansted. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who can take ownership of day-to-day HR support and recruitment activity within a fast-paced working environment.

What's on Offer:

£15.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Essential:

Previous experience within an HR administration or similar HR role
Good understanding of basic HR processes and employment practices
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Quick learner with a proactive approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good IT and HR systems experience

Desirable:

CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, HR-related degree or equivalent experience
Experience using HR systems
Previous experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
Basic understanding of UK employment law
Experience working within a fast-paced organisation

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the HR inbox and respond to low-level day-to-day HR queries.
Manage the careers inbox and support recruitment activity.
Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Update and maintain employee information on the HR system.
Prepare HR documents, letters and other relevant paperwork.
Assist with internal HR announcements and employee communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Provide general administrative support across the HR function.
Support the HR team with day-to-day processes and queries.
Assist with other HR projects and administrative duties as required.
