As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and commercial performance. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, you will use market insights and customer understanding to deliver impactful campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.

Description

Develop and execute brand plans that support business objectives and drive market performance.
Lead the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring strong return on investment.
Identify opportunities for innovation through consumer insight, market analysis, and category trends.
Partner closely with sales, category, and product development teams to bring initiatives to market successfully.
Monitor brand performance and use data to optimise activity and inform future decision-making.
Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Support budget planning and ensure marketing spend is managed effectively.
Contribute to strategic planning and help shape future brand direction.

Profile

A successful Brand Manager should have:

Experience in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role within FMCG or a related sector.
Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
Commercially aware with the ability to translate insight into action.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
