Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client recruiting for a bid writer with experience within frameworks to join a reputable, fast growing, innovative, privately owned construction company.

Operating similar to a tier 1 company yet still retaining the personal touch the candidate will be focussed on producing bids within the commercial, living, education and healthcare sectors.

To be considered for this role you will be…

Professionally qualified within this discipline
Proven track record of managing the bid process
Experienced in the construction field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full UK Driving Licence

Key Duties will consist of

Producing professionally written consistent content that emphasises the company’s values
Develop value propositions tailored to the client base
Research clients to prioritise bid winning documents
Lead planning and development sessions
Create response structures leading to quality responses that align with the client’s vision and requirements
Develop case studies to aid the bid winning process
Produce tailored proposal content for multiple sectors
Assimilate relevant data using a range of tools
Collaborate with the supply chain and operational teams
Ensure compliance is adhered to
Network and build relationships

Qualifications preferred: Certified to APMP Foundation or Practitioner Level desirable. Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
