Join a well-established Housing Association in a busy and rewarding role where you can make a real difference by supporting the Voids team to manage and clear their current workload. This temporary Administrator position offers the opportunity to provide vital support within a fast-paced housing environment.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is available to start quickly and can commit to a 4-week temporary contract, starting from 2nd September.
You'll be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Voids team, helping to ensure workloads are managed efficiently and day-to-day processes run smoothly.
We'd love to hear from anyone with experience as an Administrator, Voids Administrator, Repairs Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or Housing Administrator, particularly if you have experience working within social housing, property, repairs or maintenance.

As a Voids Administrator, you will be:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to a busy Voids team
Helping to manage and clear outstanding workloads
Updating and maintaining accurate records and systems
Responding to internal and external queries
Supporting the team with general administration and coordination
Managing a busy workload and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders where required

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous administration experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage a busy and fast-paced workload
Good IT and systems skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Ideally, previous experience within housing, repairs, maintenance or voids

Key requirements for this Voids Administrator role:

Previous administration experience is essential
You must be available to start from 2nd September
You must be able to commit to a 4-week temporary assignment
Experience within a housing or property environment would be advantageous

The role is offering the following:

£17.50 per hour
4-week temporary contract
Start date: 2nd September
