Excellent opportunity for a Business Administration graduate or early-career professional, to join a successful international infrastructure business, offering full training, excellent career progression and the opportunity to develop within both business and HR.

On offer is the chance to join a growing business that will invest in your development, with potential progression into Executive Assistant, HR, Sales or Marketing roles. The company will also support CIPD Level 3 studies.

This International Infrastructure business are currently in a phase of rapid expansion due to high profitability and strategic growth. They are a market leader in their field and are now looking to add a Business & HR Administrator to their team.

In this role, you'll support the Managing Directors and Senior Management team with a variety of business and HR administrative responsibilities. This is a varied role offering excellent exposure to different areas of the business and the opportunity to develop your career long-term.

This is a fantastic chance to step into a busy role, working for successful engineering business who will fully invest in your career with great training incentives and career progression.

THE ROLE:
*Support the Managing Directors and Senior Management team
*Provide business and HR administrative support
*Assist with HR, Sales and Marketing activities
*Handle confidential information with discretion
*Training and long-term career progression

THE PERSON:
*Business Administration graduate or early-career professional
*Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365
*Looking for long-term career development
