Temporary Administrator

Location: Exeter
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Duration: 2-4 weeks
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working between 8:00am and 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy office-based team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and processing incoming correspondence and documentation.
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts via telephone and email.
Gathering, updating and maintaining accurate records and information.
Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries in a professional manner.
Supporting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.
Ensuring data is entered accurately and systems are kept up to date.
Assisting with general office administration duties as required.

About You

Previous administration experience is desirable.
Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A professional and confident telephone manner.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Able to prioritise workload effectively and work independently.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
