Ad Hoc Receptionist - Immediate Start - Newcastle

Are you a friendly face with a passion for customer service? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Ad hoc Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a busy environment and are ready to make a positive impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Please note that this position can range from individual days of cover to longer-term assignments. Flexibility to accept ad hoc and same-day bookings is required to support increased demand during absences, holidays, and peak periods.

Position: Ad hoc Receptionist
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Contract Type: Temporary (flexible ad hoc shifts available to support increased demand during peak periods)

Same day and short notice cover may be required.

Pay Rate: £13 - £13.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP - Immediate availability is required

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with weekend cover required.

What You'll Do:

As the welcoming face of the business, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the right team members
Managing appointments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Providing information about our exciting range of vehicles and services

What We're Looking For:

We want to hear from candidates who possess the following qualities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception environment is a must!
A professional and friendly demeanour
Strong organisational abilities to keep things running smoothly
Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
A passion for the automotive industry is a definite plus!
