Noodle Talent Partners are exclusively working with a growing manufacturer just outside of King's Lynn, hiring for the position of Office Administrator to join the friendly team.

Role initially 1 month contract (possibly more) but there will be an opportunity to apply for the post permanently.

This role is an immediate start, so we are looking for candidates ideally available Immediately.

Working hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (possibly some flexibility)

The role involves handling office tasks, both independently and as part of a small friendly team where everyone works together, supporting coordination of customer orders and administration including prioritising key tasks, holding professional customer liaison and utilising attention to detail in managing workflow and record keeping.

Your Responsibilities as Office Administrator....

Deliver excellent customer service, handling phone calls and emails efficiently within service level agreements
Processing and scheduling of customer orders and logistics
Invoicing of sales and purchase orders with accuracy
Administration support for raw material, logistic sourcing and office consumables
IT system maintenance
Administration support for quality systems, certifications and compliance activities
Assisting with data entry onto the new system
Other Ad-hoc admin as required

What we are looking for...

An excellent telephone manner with existing sales administration experience
Good communication skills at all levels
Proficiency in MS office packages, IT and solid numeracy skills
Working knowledge of MS Navision Dynamics and ERP systems would be highly advantageous
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of stock control/logistic and purchasing processes
Ability to work under own initiative and work well as part of a team
Enthusiasm and self motivation
