Temporary Outbound Sales Executive

Salford - M50 (Free Parking Onsite)

Monday - Friday (Fulltime in the office)

9am-5pm (1hr lunch)

Up to £14.36 per hour (Depending on Experience)

ASAP - 4 Weeks (Possibility to be extended or taken on permanently for the right person)

Our client, a dynamic organisation within the Manufacturing of Medical Equipment, is seeking a Temporary Outbound Sales Executive to join their team during a busy period of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to engage with a variety of healthcare organisations across the UK, promoting vital equipment and services that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact existing customers to explore opportunities for additional products and services.
Focus on upselling calibration and servicing solutions to clients who have previously purchased equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying ways to add value and boost account revenue.
Follow up on warm leads generated from the existing customer base, making a high volume of outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific products and servicing needs.
Accurately manage and update customer information within the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About the Role:

This is a predominantly outbound sales position with access to a robust pipeline of warm leads.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in sales, telesales, account management or customer service roles is essential.
Confident communicator with exceptional telephone and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow and advance within the organisation.
