About the Role

We are working with a growing and successful business based in Winsford that is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join its team. This is a newly created role, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a developing organisation and make a real impact within a busy commercial function.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the commercial team, ensuring processes are followed, documentation is managed accurately, and customers receive a high level of service.

This position would suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and supporting multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to senior members of the commercial team.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is processed and distributed correctly.
Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and responding to enquiries.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively and actions are completed on time.
Handle incoming telephone calls and provide general assistance where required.
Manage diaries and schedule meetings for key stakeholders.
Process customer orders and maintain associated records.
Ensure company procedures and processes are followed consistently.
Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative, commercial support or customer service role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy and evolving environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £25,000 + per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am to 3:30pm (early finish on a Friday)
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
